Chimichurri is a sauce of liquid consistency, very spicy and whose main ingredients are parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, oil, ground chili bell pepper and a little salt. 

Chimichurri is a raw sauce used as an ingredient in cooking and as a table condiment for grilled meat. Originally from the Argentine and Uruguayan cuisines, it has spread throughout most of Latin America.
